Mark Iwanowski
CEO & Co-Founder
Mark Iwanowski is a seasoned technology executive and serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and exiting three global startups acquired by Fortune 500 companies. He is currently CEO and co-founder of AITV Technologies, a disruptive AI-based, two-way television platform.
Mark previously served as Managing Director at Trident Capital, a top-tier Silicon Valley VC, and as SVP of Global IT and CIO at Oracle, where he led Oracle’s SaaS transition and integrated $20B in acquisitions. His earlier roles include leadership positions at SAIC, Raytheon, and Honeywell.
A former NFL player with the Jets, Raiders, and Chiefs, Mark holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (B.S.), Caltech (M.S.), and National University (MBA). He continues to advise and invest in early-stage and public companies across tech sectors.
Dr. Ahmad Moradi
Co-Founder
Dr. Moradi is a pioneering entrepreneur in Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) with over 44 years of experience. He introduced the world’s first rule-based AI practice management software in 1989 and has led innovations across AI, media streaming, and healthcare tech. A multiple-time Who’s Who honoree and recipient of U.S. Presidential Gold Medals, Moradi is the founder and CEO of MAXWELL RAND and NETSTAIRS, with a portfolio spanning patents, IPOs, and AI-driven platforms. He also serves as Chief Science Officer at VYPA Corporation and continues to shape the future of digital infrastructure and intelligent media.
Stephen Remondini
CIO
Stephen Remondini is an established technology executive with decades of experience in corporate management, product development, and Agile-based innovation. He served as Owner/CTO of vCard Global, where he led a 16-person international dev team, architected cloud-based infrastructure across 35+ countries, and oversaw millions of lines of code.
His technical leadership spans industries—from advanced health tech at Purewave Technologies to patented clean fuel solutions with Purify Fuel Inc. A former key contributor at Novell and Citrix, Mr. Remondini also pioneered satellite data delivery for marine applications and has supported federal agencies like the SSA and DIA.
Mr. Remondini brings a unique ability to take ideas from concept to scalable, real-world deployment.
Francis Teo
CTO
Francis Teo is a business architect and digital strategist with over a decade of experience leading AI, blockchain, and automation initiatives. Certified in TOGAF, SaFe, and IASA frameworks, he specializes in driving transformation through personalized, data-driven solutions. Based in Singapore, Francis has helped redefine interactive advertising in the publishing space, merging AI with deep audience insight to boost engagement and monetization. He also runs a lead generation firm and has organized major tech and investment events, including meet-the-VC and stock trading forums.
M Vijayandran
Chief Business Development APAC
M. Vijjayandran is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience spanning
technology, business development, and strategic operations. He currently serves as the CEO
/ Country Manager of Malaysia and Chief Business Development Officer for the APAC Region at AITV Technologies Inc..
Mr. Vijjay began his career in 1993 after earning a Postgraduate Diploma (Second Class Upper) in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology, Kuala Lumpur. He initially worked as an outsourced technical contractor before transitioning into the Banking, Financial, Insurance, and Securities (BFIS) sector, eventually pivoting into the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry.
Since 2010, he has led strategic initiatives for VYPA Corporation, overseeing the global distribution of licensed platform technologies from NETSTAIRS.COM, INC., with a core focus on the APAC region. He concurrently serves as Managing Director of VYPA Malaysia Sdn Bhd and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at METAXCHANGE.AI, INC., a NASDAQ Private Market-listed company.
For full transparency, Mr. Vijjay also serves as President of VYPA Corporation, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is a member of Maxwell Rand Inc., a private portfolio and strategic growth firm domiciled in Florida since 2001.
