Dr. Ahmad Moradi
Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Moradi is a pioneering entrepreneur in Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) with over 44 years of experience. He introduced the worldโs first rule-based AI practice management software in 1989 and has led innovations across AI, media streaming, and healthcare tech. A multiple-time Whoโs Who honoree and recipient of U.S. Presidential Gold Medals, Moradi is the founder and CEO of MAXWELL RAND and NETSTAIRS, with a portfolio spanning patents, IPOs, and AI-driven platforms. He also serves as Chief Science Officer at VYPA Corporation and continues to shape the future of digital infrastructure and intelligent media.
Mark Iwanowski
Co-Founder
Mark Iwanowski is a seasoned technology executive and serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and exiting three global startups acquired by Fortune 500 companies. He is currently CEO and co-founder of AITV Technologies, a disruptive AI-based, two-way television platform. Mark previously served as Managing Director at Trident Capital, a top-tier Silicon Valley VC, and as SVP of Global IT and CIO at Oracle, where he led Oracleโs SaaS transition and integrated $20B in acquisitions. His earlier roles include leadership positions at SAIC, Raytheon, and Honeywell. A former NFL player with the Jets, Raiders, and Chiefs, Mark holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (B.S.), Caltech (M.S.), and National University (MBA). He continues to advise and invest in early-stage and public companies across tech sectors.
